WELCOME BACK ST.ROSE FAMILIES!
Please join us for the first HSA meeting of the 2011-2012 school year on Wednesday, August 24 in the school gym.
Parents of new students are invited to join us at 6:30pm to meet the HSA Executive Board and discuss information that may be helpful for new families. We will be discussing the following:
- An overview of the upcoming scheduled fundraisers, social events and school activities,
- Role of classroom parents (parent/teacher liaisons),
- School policies concerning uniforms, parking, communication with parents,
- Volunteers needed for upcoming events, committees, lunch periods and classroom liaisons,
- Email notices and permission slips ,
- SCRIP program and chairperson , and
- Open time for unanswered questions or concerns.
The opening HSA meeting will begin at 7:00pm. We will be discussing plans for the year ahead, including some changes to fundraising and social events!
